I like -WallaBlues so much it is already in Itunes ready to blow away my players with. ![]() This is currently my "go to" instrument for anything brass related. It's extremely affordable, imo, and truly can render very believable brass (and some woodwinds), including brass with various kinds of mutes. yet, but I understand they are planned for the future. If this doesn't impress you, I'm not sure what will. Listen to the demos, and go to their forum, and look for examples of jazz arrangements. It's by far, the most expressive sounding instrument I own. ![]() ![]() I'm often surprised at how "un-wonky", and life-like it starts to sound, when I allow myself the time to automate and use the various MIDI CC's that are really necessary. But if you allow yourself some time to learn what MIDI CC's control certain aspects of the sound, it can really come to life. upon first loading sounds, yes, it sounds "wonky". I've also heard many negative reports regarding the player it comes with. well, Broadway Big Band is at the top, for sure, but it's price is stratospheric, as you mentioned. ![]() and even recommended, especially as your sample library grows.
